Meg x Max Pups

Meg’s litter by Max, born 1-Jun-2025 are beautifully tempered, well-marked and friendly pups by working parents. All the pups will be larger than average adults.

At 13 weeks, it became apparent that this is a very good litter, the strengths of all four grandparents working their way through to the pups. I see nice working instincts all around.

The price on these pups from this litter is on the mid to high end of my range reflecting their high quality as pets or working dogs. These are lovely pups.

Sigi

Sigi is a spirited, impish, SMART work-driven pup. Herding aptitude excellent! Sigi is 3+/4- on the 5 point power-intensity scale. Sigi is a true prize pup, for a working home. The best working pup of her litter.

Sigi is staying with a friend getting exposure to kids and other stimuli, readying for a new life. The friend writes:

“Sigi would the perfect dog for a small farm. She’d play all day with the kids when there wasn’t work to be done, but she definitely has the herding gene.”

Jani

A gem of a pup: friendly, happy, affectionate pup, a little smaller than the rest of her litter, but holds her own. Nothing timid about Jani. A go-along to get along pup.

Jani has good motion sense and could be a light working dog in addition to being an excellent companion.

Whoever takes this pup gets a real beauty. Price is $3475.

A hot shot, adorable pup with a strong build and pricked ears. He would be the high school jock. Playful and happy, the largest of the remaining 4 pups.

Leif

Leif started hanging out with the adult dogs at 10 weeks, watching them work. He is fascinated by motion, which is the first qualification for a good working dog. Leif is spirited, energetic, pushy and resilient (like the Energizer Bunny). Leif will start his training on sheep in November.

From the start Leif was the extrovert of the group. He was born with a happy nature. Loves people and visitors. The very definition of a ‘sweetie’.

Leif would fine as either a working dog or companion, where there is plenty of activity to keep him moving.
