Chip in Rhode Island sent along a photo this Sunday morning of Becca at 5 years old. Becca is one of the finest dogs I have ever came into my life . She arrived from Ireland with deep-seated fears but with a singular trust in me. Becca was mine to enjoy for a year before a young man who has lost his deeply loved rescue to old age came to give Becca the dedicated relationship she wanted, needed and deserved.

Chip sent me a photo of beautiful Becca at 5. She is simply beautiful to my eyes. I remember all over again the joy I felt running my hands through her coat, feeling her trust, love and comfort in the safety of my presence.
