She is the littermate of the miracle pup, who survived pneumonia &#8230;and also of the unfortunate pup who died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima had symptoms of bacterial pneumonia when her brothers were sick, but the vet dismissed it as viral and said she would get over it. The recent symptoms are very much like those of the pups sick with bacterial pneumonia.  Veterinarians can be very (<em>too!)<\/em> stingy with antibiotics.  I called the vet and they agreed with home treatment, for now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Little Prima is on antibiotics, fluids and rest.  Ready to take her in for emergency care if things deteriorate.
